On your First Lesson you will be asked to sign that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: –

Terms & Conditions

  • I, the student, certify that I am not on any medication that would effect would my ability to drive, and have no health reason affecting my ability to drive, and to notify my instructor of any changes to my health.
  • I, the student, certify that I have no points on my Provisional Licence and will inform my driving instructor immediately if I gain any points whilst out for extra practice during the course of my driving lessons.
  • I, the student, understand that all driving lessons cancelled within 48 hours of a lesson are chargeable in full; unless my instructor is able to refill the driving slot. This policy is waived for anyone who is unwell or self isolating until the pandemic is over.
  • I, the student, understand that all Lesson Credit must be used within 12 months of payment. This policy is proportionally extended in the event of pandemic lockdowns, by the length of each lockdown.
  • I understand that Access Driving School keeps personal client data in order to give out Teaching materials and carry out Driving Lessons. This includes, but is not limited to: Names, Addresses, Relevant Medical Conditions and Disabilities, Contact Details and Student Progress Sheets on Driving Topics.
  • Access Driving School will not share your data with any marketing third parties under any circumstances. Access Driving will keep these details for five years after driving lessons in case students contact me for further training. After this period all data that could identify an individual client will be deleted.
